We are just entering the final phase of the first cycle of research and expect to have a number of draft final reports up on the web in the coming weeks. Right now we have only a few completed papers up. One on disasters and ICTs and another on a regulatory website survey come to mind. Please look under projects in a week or two. I expect the Universal Service and ADC study as well as the telecom and microfinance study to be up by then.
