Happy to hear of your interest, Kelvin. We are just entering the final phase of the first cycle of research and expect to have a number of draft final reports up on the web in the coming weeks. Right now we have only a few completed papers up. One on disasters and ICTs and another on a regulatory website survey come to mind.

Please look under projects in a week or two. I expect the Universal Service and ADC study as well as the telecom and microfinance study to be up by then.

Best way to keep in touch with our work is the website, which is the central platform for our work.
