The report is available also on CD format for any one interested. At the draft stage many of SLNCOLD members gave insights and comments for the report to authors on our request. Most of the members of SLNCOLD are in position to review the contents and persuade relevant further actions within their organization. Hence the council requests the members to go through the report and either take further follow up action or sent the comments for SLNCOLD to develop our recommendations to be submitted to the relevant authorities. At the last SLNCOLD Council meeting I was directed to update the current postion of the report and make recommendations for furher action by SLNCOLD by the next concil meeting(In mid March).
