		<description>Certainly a good tool to have in LK too as our unethical ISPs could resort to throttling to cover up their unwillingness to pay for fast connections from LK. 

Wonder if it could detect an unofficial FUP now that their official (un)Fair Usage Policy has suffered a quick death.</description>
