		<description>insightful. but this part - the softening economy will probably crimp demand for such telecom services as land lines, cell phones, and Internet connections - i do not agree with a 100%. as a consumer, the current global crisis makes me want to get MORE information on what&#039;s happening around the world than I normally would. thus, I would even more fortify myself with &quot;technology&quot; that will gain me more access to information that will get me through this crisis.</description>

		<description>Sri Lanka’s telecom giant and once most profitable corporate Dialog Telekom’s share price yesterday slipped to its all time low of Rs. 7.75 including an intra-day lowest of Rs. 7.50, but the Company has ruled out a share buy back deal.
Dialog share price has dropped 40% since Aug. 13, when the company announced a 78% fall in quarterly profits. 
this indicates us that even Sri lankan giant telcos experiencing hard time due to global financial crisis.
