Saad Gulzar

Research Associate 


Saad Gulzar is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Political Science at New York University. He works on issues relating to the political economy of development, governance and technology. Before starting graduate school, he was an economist at the International Growth Center – Pakistan (London School of Economics and University of Oxford).

He is involved in LIRNEasia’s recent research efforts on Big Data for Development as a Research Associate.
