Haran joined LIRNEasia as a Senior Researcher with 5 years of market research experience. Prior to joining LIRNEasia he worked as a Research Manager, Consumer Insights at Nielsen and also as a Senior Business Analyst at MTI consulting.
His expertise extends to cover different sectors, FMCG, B2B, Industrial and Education for which he carried out many consumer research, customer segmentation and market entry/feasibility studies. He has been able to add value to the client’s goals and future direction by proposing effective strategies for growth during the development of strategic plans and consulting projects within the Banking, IT, Blue ships companies and governmental organization.
Haran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo and Postgraduate diploma in marketing qualification offered by CIM. Currently he is reading for Masters in Economics at University of Colombo.
