LIRNEasia @ 5 : research –> policy –> knowledge-based economies
LIRNEasia celebrated its fifth anniversary in 2009 December, starting with the the annual CPRsouth4 conference in Negombo, Sri Lanka held from 5 – 8 December, 2009. This was followed by an international conference (LA@5) with a stellar cast, held in Colombo from 9 – 11 December. Below is the agenda for LA@5, with links to speaker bios and PPT presentations.
