LIRNEasia COO on the Editorial Board of ITID journal

LIRNEasia COO, Helani Galpaya,  has joined the Editorial Board of the Information Technologies & International Development (ITID) journal. The journal was ranked number one in information and communication technology for development (ICT4D) field, according to a 2010 study by Richard Heeks.
