CEO Helani Galpaya was invited to speak at the “Asian Liveable Cities Forum: Digital Solutions for Livable Cities” conference held in San Francisco, 12-14 November 2019. The conference was sponsored by the Asian Development Bank and The Asia Foundation. It brought together experts on city planning, transport, finance, sustainability and technology.

Helani’s talk presented LIRNEasia’s work on using telecom sector big data to understand the city, as well as some of the research on disabled persons using technology to live independently.
