Mr. Bandusena served as a member of the Board of Directors of LIRNEasia from 11.03. 2005 to 21.07.2006.
He served as the Chairman of the Public Service Commission of Sri Lanka. Prior to that he served as the Secretary of Ministry of Public Management Reforms, and Secretary to the Ministry of Resettlement and the Ministry of Productivity Promotions.
He obtained a Msc. in Economics from University of Arkansas and has studied Economic Policy Analysis at Harvard University.
