Ms. Kasturi Sridhar was a former consultant at the Indian Sign Language Research and Training Centre, (ISLRTC), an autonomous Organisation under the purview of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, (DEPwD) Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, (MSJE) Government of India, New Delhi.
In her career spanning 20 years as a Special Educator & trainer, she has worked as a Consultant Project Coordinator in the Diversity & Inclusion team at Wipro Limited, Mysore & Cochin, India. Her experience as an Independent Academic Consultant /Trainer includes working at Enable India: Voices Of Disabilities, at the Helen Keller School for the Deaf & Adarsha College, & CBR supported Projects, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
At present, she serves as a Consultant for the South Asia Region of Deaf Child Worldwide the International Arm of National Deaf Children Society (NDCS).
