Minoli is a seasoned accounting professional with over 18 years of experience in financial management and corporate accounting. She currently serves as an Assistant Accountant at LIRNEasia.
Previously, Minoli worked as an Assistant Accountant at Abans PLC from 2007 to 2025, Sri Lanka’s leading importer and distributor of home appliances. During her tenure, she was responsible for managing import-related accounting, foreign exchange transactions, inventory revaluations, and loan monitoring, all in alignment with IFRS standards. Her role was critical in ensuring financial accuracy through monthly reconciliations, audit coordination, and management reporting.
Her earlier professional experience includes accounting roles at Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Deutschland e.V., Innodata Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., and the State Mortgage & Investment Bank, where she handled bank reconciliations, payroll processing, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting.
Minoli is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (MAAT) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (ACPM). She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (OTHM – Level 7) and is part-qualified with CMA Sri Lanka.
She brings a solid track record of financial integrity, advanced ERP systems proficiency (SAP, SUN ERP), and a continuous drive for process improvement and compliance in financial operations.
