CEO Helani Galpaya was invited to speak at the Intersessional Panel of the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development (CSTD) held at Palais des Nations, Geneva, Switzerland on 6-8 November 2017.
Helani’s presentation was based on three different research projects at LIRNEasia: the nationally representative survey of ICT use, the digital rights research just concluded in Myanmar, and the digital work research in India, Sri Lanka and Myanmar.
