Want to buy a SIM while travelling to India? Passport and other identification papers may not be good enough. You will need two guarantors to get a new mobile connection, said The Economic Times.

Today I went to re register the mobile phone to Mobitel

I told them that I am the owner but my wife use it

Mobitel wants my wife to be photograph but not me!!!
They are not worried about the registered owner only the user.

Therefore why not reregister all motor vehicles in Srilanka and say All occupants need to be registered.

Then we can get rid of most of the three wheelers, Buses, Govt cars, escort vehicles.

I was told that the world oil reserves only last until 2012 Thereafter a rapid decline.
With the oil reserves that each country have only Mexico can survive for 90 odd years and US will be less than 5 years.

Time is very short better buy some Cattle Horses and Donkeys commence feeding them. ASAP
