LIRNEasia Chair, Rohan Samarajiva and Senior Research Fellow, Sujata Gamage recently published an article in the Journal of Information Policy, which draws on the experiences and lessons learnt from the CPRsouth conference and training program that ran from 2006-2018. The Conference was inspired by the Telecommunications Policy Research Conference, and aimed at building Global South capacity for information and communication technology policy and regulation.
