Communications Policy Research Latin America (CPR LATAM) 2018 was held in conjunction with the 6th Latin American Telecommunications Congress CLT), on June 14-15, 2018 in Varadero, Cuba. Our Statistician/Project Manager Tharaka Amarasinghe presented AfterAccess findings during the opening plenary “Beyond Connectivity: A view of Latin America from the Global South ”.
Other members of the plenary included Alison Gillwald (Research ICT Africa), Aileen Agüero (DIRSI) who are both leads on the AfterAccess surveys and Frank Schott of NetHope. The session was moderated by Gloria Mayne Davo of Centro Latam Digital.
