Rohan Samarajiva will deliver the keynote speech at the 2nd BuzzCity-NUS Digitial Media Series, presented by the NUS Enterpreneurship Center Techno-Venture Forum on the 19th of October, 2007, at the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore. Entitled, ‘More than Voice at the Bottom of the Pyramid’, the presentation will be based on the Teleuse@ Bottom of The Pyramid (T@BOP) research conducted by LIRNEasia in five South and South-East Asian countries, and will examine the potential for the take-up of “more than voice” applications among the fast growing user populations in Socio-Economic Categories (SEC) D and E. Presentations will also be made by Prof. Sam Ge, Chairman and Founding Director, Personal E-Motion Pte Ltd, and Ms. Aileen Sim, COO & Co-founder, First Meta Pte Ltd.
